2 Medium Spanish Mackerel Skinless Boneless Fillets Chopped into small squares
1 1/2 Lemons
1/2 Onion Diced
1/2 Tomato Diced
1/3 Cup Cilantro Chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic Diced
Fresh Cracked Pepper to Taste
Fresh Cracked Salt to Taste
Tostito Chips
Mixed all ingredients (besides salt) together in bowl, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled with a side of chips, add salt to taste.
