CEVICHE RECIPE:
2 Medium Spanish Mackerel Skinless Boneless Fillets Chopped into small squares
1 1/2 Lemons
1/2 Onion Diced
1/2 Tomato Diced
1/3 Cup Cilantro Chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic Diced
Fresh Cracked Pepper to Taste
Fresh Cracked Salt to Taste
Tostito Chips
Mixed all ingredients (besides salt) together in bowl, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled with a side of chips, add salt to taste.

I love ceviche. I’ve tried it with striped bass and tuna so far. I personally like lime but lemon is good too. Love the content man definitely one of my favorite channels

Ceviche is amazing, and I love how every region has their own style (all the way down, to the bottom of South America, even). Another good version is halibut, shrimp, scallops, avocado, red onion, lemon/lime, and 'rustic artisan bread' buttered toast on the side, for crunch.

Exellent job on the ceviche Bama closes thing I have seen to a traditional ceviche minus the garlic and pepper but awesome. Instead of salt try a little soy sauce of your liking will give it a hole new lv of flavor blending. Normally I hate watching people make cebiche because they butcher it so much it’s painful. You kept it real respect Bama outstanding!

Ceviche always looks so good because I love everything that goes into it... Except for the fish. It scares me off. I will try it if I catch a Spanish.

Every region has their own style of ceviche, all the way down to the bottom of South America... Is it specifically 'fish' that you don't eat, or seafood? Or maybe you don't like the idea of the fish being uncooked? For example, many kinds of ceviche also have shrimp, scallops, crab, mussels, octopus, or whatever you like in them... the common theme is the citrus juice. People make it however they like, with whatever is available in their region. If you like shrimp and scallops, use them, with something like avocado, red onions, (maybe cilantro, if you like it ), and a mix of lemon/lime juice. You can lightly pre-cook the shrimp, if you prefer (or just buy 'cooked, tail-off' shrimp).

I used to sit and drink at the Balboa Yacht Club in Panama. That's where I learned about seviche. One of the best things to eat! All sorts of marine animals are made into seviche.

Stephen You know I am 56 grew up on Hollingers Island south of Dog 🐕 River and never had Cevehe in my life. Heck I have never had Sushi. I have got to try it. Quick true story. I used to work in a Boating Supply Store (1 of several actually) on Rangline Road but in 1990 I met a couple of men who went fishing offshore in a God awful Boay kinda like some I have owned and they loved to talk about eating raw King Mackerel! Kinda interesting and you could talk about those 2 all night but that was 28 years ago before anyone else around here had ever eaten any raw fish! Loved the video!
