⁠I also used to live in Lake Charles in the early 1960’s; my younger sister was born there. Went to Dolby Elementary and lived two blocks from there. Didn’t do much fishing there as Dad was pre-med working as a research chemist. I did first and second grade there from 1960-1962. Still, the very best of memories!!! If you ever see a "bumpy" oranges, be sure to pick some up They are more popular in the Bahamas. They are sour oranges and the ceviche that they make with it is really great. toss some conch in, some fish onion and pepper OOH baby.

Nice bull reds Steven ! Went out today and fought through small Jacks and Ladyfish on artificial. Dropped some live mullet around the no wake zone signs on my way back in and landed a nice 31 inch red on very light tackle. Although closed season and over slot it was awesome, And I did the same thing when releasing it. Head first fast, last week in the same spot the bull sharks were following every fish to the boat.
