Fantastic Mel. Congrats. I have often wondered why keto ingredients don't come in bigger bags. Imagine having a line of products, like bread mixes, pizza base mix, basic cookie mix and so on. You'd get rich haha

Lmao! But yeah if the bamboo fibre is popular it will mean great things for the keto community. Dry bread, pie, tortilla, cake, muffin and cookie mixes are just some ideas. And they won't taste like cardboard lol. And then there's still flour blends and a cheaper egg white protein powder.

Oh sure...we made a gluten free keto flour and bamboo fiber is one of the ingredients. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bKvJqmqgm9Zpa80si=-4JPiT5QZCEg_cKd Since then myself and a group have been doing lots of testing and there are quite a few recipes with the flour on the channel. We have done cakes, muffins, pasta, bread and more.
