I love the one take - with all the messy reality - way to keep it real. 👍

Now what's left - mounting a 3D printer inside a Gyroscope? Cool though! I should've have started imagining "What's next" when I saw the upside down Positron! 🙃

This is crazy! I would have never considered wall mounting the A1, does printing on it's side affect how certain models are printed? Also, does printing on it's side offer any advantages? I haven't had enough time to process what I've seen but I'm trying to imagine how gravity might work against you in this case, or how you could use gravity to your advantage, or if it is even an issue at all.

@@michaelgieser5137 Hey Michael! Good questions. I haven’t noticed ANY loss in print quality on either the mini or full size A1 when wall mounted. In fact there is noticeable bridging improvement (no more sagging) and automations with 3DQue is much more ideal with the parts falling directly down.

@@RealSnail3D 🤔 the bridging is exactly the kind of scenario I was thinking of... Very intriguing! If this hobby of mine ever gets to a point where I start getting more printers, I could definitely see myself getting an A1 mini solely for the purpose of wall mounting it and testing if and what kind of printing can be done in a vertical orientation that is more difficult in a horizontal position and vice versa. Congrats on this innovative idea! How new is this project? Like how long have you been using these printers in this orientation?

@@michaelgieser5137 Thanks so much for the encouragement. To answer your question, the project isn’t even a month old! :) just a babe. However I should mention, horizontal printing wasn’t my idea, that was the geniuses at 3Dque’s idea originally… I just contributed to the wall mounting idea :)
