For this workout I did squats, pullovers, hammer swings, shoulder presses, and slams.
BAMF Hammer workouts are much harder than I thought
The uneven weight distribution of the hammer forces everything from my core, shoulders, forearms, and wrists to be engaged at all times
Any overhead movements like shoulder presses and pullovers destroys my core
And whole body movements like squats and slams drain the gas tank quickly
What’s different about the BAMF hammer than sledge hammers, maces, or clubs is that it has a dense rubber head that can be slammed on any surface (no tire needed)
I like to use the small hammer for shoulder warm up and mobility
