It’s such a lovely part of the Peak District 😊 beautiful views up there even on the cloud. Lovely seeing the odd sunlight beaming through the clouds.

Certainly a lovely walk. I drive not too far from there on my way to work each day. Lovely views from the Edge even in windy and rainy weather :) Thanks for a great video.

Fantastic route! I have been along that edge many times but never up along the old railway line. A route to add to the list. But what's that at 10:40.... Surely not trainers and umbrellas! No way! Shame on them! Their nice white trainers will not stay clean for long! Another lovely video Carrie, thanks for sharing. Cheers, Warren :)

Hi Warren- that was some of the Japanese tourists! I think they just walk up from the road, get their photo for Instagram and then walk back down again, a bit like everyone does on Mam Tor.

Hello! I haven't walked much there and I only pop over when I'm visiting family in North Lincs so it makes a nice change from the Yorkshire Dales, however I'm always surprised by how busy the area is compared to Yorkshire! :D

Hi Pete, it was an easy walk to do and was a nice change. The Peaks are easy to get to when I'm visiting family in North Lincs but they are busy compared to our beloved Dales! :D

What a gorgeous walk! Those trees were amazing, although i think the atmosphere would be different at dusk with them looming in the dim light 😂 Really enjoyed that! All the best Jenny 😊

Hi Jenny, that bit of woodland is beautiful with those oak trees- I imagine much of Britain looked like that in the past, no wonder we have so many ghost stories in the UK! :D
