Advice

● 140 grams of finely ground bananas.

● Baking soda 1/4 tsp.
● Fresh milk 60 g.

คำว่าแป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ สามารถใช้ทำเค้ก ทำขนมปัง คุกกี้ ซาลาเปา ได้หมด ค่ะ ต่างประเทศบางประเทศไม่มี แป้งเค้ก ค่ะ เค้าใช้แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ทำขนมเค้กกัน ความเบานุ่มไม่ได้ต่างกันถ้าเลือกแป้งเป็น ความเบาให้ดูที่โปรตีนแป้งค่ะ
