I had no milk so substituted sweetened condensed and also no bananna pudding so put plum jelly on some and lemon juice+sugar on the rest , came out great even with the alterations , cheers from NZ Dave

Chop up bacon and fry it in the pan first, when its almost done cooking pour your pancake batter over the bacon. Nothing tastier than a pancake with bacon inside it . And frying it in bacon grease is always tastier than butter.
