Today I made muffins using deliciously ripe bananas.
The muffins are made with mashed bananas, making them moist and with a subtle banana scent.
I also added walnut cream cheese cream on top of the muffin to add a creamy texture.
(+) It’s really delicious even if you just eat the muffin without the cream cheese cream!
Today's banana muffin has an attractive, subtle banana scent. Be sure to make it by following the video.
🔸 Storage
If you top the muffin with cream cheese cream, seal it and eat it within 3-4 days. (refrigerated storage)
If you made only muffins, we recommend sealing them, leaving them at room temperature, and consuming them within 2-3 days. (When stored in the freezer, it is recommended to keep sealed within 2 weeks)

66g unsalted butter
43g brown sugar (raw sugar)
40g sugar
1g salt
55g eggs
3g vanilla extract
106g cake flour
3g baking powder
A little cinnamon powder
75g mashed banana
13g milk
2g vinegar

160g cream cheese
33g sugar
160g fresh cream
35g chopped walnuts
