@justinha9846 Жыл бұрын
I've done this move a lot in training. You really have to apply it slowly. Its not a flexibility thing. You're literally stretching the legs in a direction they're not supposed to go. Glad to see the guy released it immediately after realizing his opponent was in pain

Well the motion is putting him in a split. Not sure what you mean as far as a bicep slicer, although there is a calf slicer off of this if he didn't tap
@methree38212 жыл бұрын
@@AlecHooben yeah cool, he is certainly split, and probably felt like a banana after that 😂 By bicep slicer I mean leg hamstring (bicep) slicer. So cutting into and compressing the muscles and nerves of the rear leg. I mean, was your forearm a little inclined so as to cut as well as pull and compress? More I think about it, more likely it was just the split, but really could be the cutting too.

In wrestling, we call that the spladle. Usually after opponent shoots for a single leg takedown and you let them take your leg, setting up for you to grip one of the opponent leg, while you reach over their body to grab their other leg with your arms. But don't pin yourself in the process, because your back is down too. I have seen that done when I went to High School in Black River Falls lol
@tk5432 жыл бұрын
The only way for opponent to get out is to sit up. But he was sitting too high and unable to escape.
