I just started farming on my small piece of land, it's literally nothing, but something is something. I am blessed to live in a time where we have access to knowledge at our fingertips, and there is enough data to tell bullshit apart from genuine decent human beings. You sir Mr Jandai are very much appreciated. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us!

I will be making a batch of this tomorrow. Just loaded my dehydrator with chopped up peppers and a couple of pineapples. I try to eat as natural as possible and do not drink any soda or sugary drinks. Always looking for something I can make since everything in the store is crap and full of sugar. I make lemon powder and it is also great with sparkling water and some stevia. Thanks again for your passion and contentment, those of us who partake of this know the feeling. :)

This is funny! I was just thinking about you yesterday but could not recall the fine details of your TED talk and today after watching the banana syrup video here was your Ted talk on the sidebar! I make a ferment with bananas, turmeric, goji berries and ginger shreds from the ginger bug. Sometimes I add a probiotic powder but sometimes not. I add a bit of water and it all starts to ferment in a few days. once the banana slices turn soft and swollen I stir it all together the gojis leave red flecks and the turmeric makes it quite yellow naturally then when it seems like a sauce I add powdered plantago (psyllium seeds) and then ferment a few more days. The seed powder thickens it but also ferments it further to almost a champagne effervescence and then I chill it in the refrigerator. I serve it over fried sweet potato slices, or waffles or chia seeds that I add to peach soda! So many good things. So tasty. Thanks for sharing such great info! We live almost like paradise of the Bible but we see the world crumbling under the chasing and following disease. Simply to know how this happened see JW.o.r.g. (in your language!) the Bible says how this will be repaired and our lives to be united with the ONE who created all the lovely things we use.

Thank you for sharing. I think this is awesome. I just knew eating bananas. Didn't know you could make this for banana syrup, banana vinegar, and banana soda. I usually do something similar with the banana peelings minus the sugar for plant fertilizer. Now I have so many uses. Thank you. None of the banana goes to waste.

Can you please make a video about the best way to grow beans and lentils? Also, I know how to make soy milk but I don't know how to make tofu out of soy milk, can you please make a video about how to make tofu naturally? Thank you, I love you!
