I hardly like anyone's exercise videos, there's always a gap and too much talking. This channel first time i loved so much, because it shows exercises so clearly without talking and wasting time and marking specific body parts the exercise are all about. And i Loved his physic. He is hot, exactly the body i like for myself to build.
