This makes me so happy. About to go on a 4 week trip, and been concerned about losing momentum. Just ordered these bands, and will prepare by getting used to them at the gym - following this video. Tried them just briefly, and it feels GREAT!

Please add voice cues 🙏🏼 I love that you make resistance bands workouts and don't talk. And maybe it could be even better if you could add voice cues on exercise start and end. Also, the jiggling movements of the camera doesn't help at all. I'd much prefer having the plain switching between different angles without the nauseating field of view movements. Hope you'll read this and make your videos even better ❤

Fair point. Their other band workout video covers full body well, but it's quite lengthy and you'd have to create your own split from it.
