This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

Do not underestimate these bands you will get a good workout with them. O started using them two months ago and I incorporated it into my workout with free weights. It also helps with stretching out as well. If you have resistance go to the next color band .

Bestials your band routines. My congratulations and my like as always, continue like this and waiting for the following video. By the way, these band routines are effective in growing muscles? Or just to have a toned body? Greetings friend.

They can do both and I'm speaking from experience I personally built muscle with bands but it can give you a nice healthy and appealing toned in shape body as well it depends on what your goals are but at the end of day as long as you are getting a good workout in then it's not wasted time and effort.

I would recommend dropping the music, and instead simply talking through the routine or doing a voice over.. anyways this is a good production..the routine demo during the break is smart Cheers from Tunisia
