​@crapstirrer they would likely never re-record old songs as they are on a different record label. But I have noticed different live arrangements where Miku plays a riff Kanami was playing in older videos, or some small new parts that were not in the original

You are right. They use their maid outfits as an armor. They use it to be Band Maid and they use to be embarrassed or shy without it. This MV says a lot with and without words.

There is an interesting story behind "Black Hole". According to Akane, Kanami asked her how fast she could drum. Akane said around 190 bpm. Then Kanami went off and wrote "Black Hole" that peaks at 220 bpm! So Akane goes and writes the drum patterns for the track. She wrote 7, for the band to choose which one. She labelled them: 1. Easy 2. Comfortable 3. Normal 4. Possible if I work hard 5. Tough 6. Painfull 7. Hell Akane said "Of course, the band chose Hell"!

Not only does she use her thumb to play the low E string but she even reach the A string for the last part of the riff ("E" and "A" strings in normal tuning, I know this is actually Drop D# tuning here😉). Only bluesmen with huge hands are playing like that usually (think SRV)!

Great reaction... This is the second time I have watched this video of Bestie.. It just dawned on me....Back in the mid 70`s there was a glam rock band by the name of "Angel". They always dressed in white brought back memories. As a disabled musician of 56 plus years I have seen so many incredible musicians in my life. Band-Maid is my favorite of all time and that says a lot. Again great reaction. One of my favorite Angel's best song was "Tower" 🤘🤘
