BG thanks for reacting to "Blooming". This is the first live video of the song I have seen performed. It's amazing after nine years the Maids perform this song flawlessly and all the energy it takes to pull it off. They never cease to amaze me!!!!! By the way, MISA refreshes herself differently. There is probably an open can of beer on a speaker somewhere.

I agree, BG. Other bands can shred, but that bridge, worthy of a whole new song on its own, just gets thrown in there, and then it gets blended in with song together at the end and is pure Maid magic. Nobody does it like them.

Genius, f'n Genius, 'nough said. Probably one of the best rock songs ever since the Deep Purple In Rock Album- first live show 1972. I consider Black Sabbath metal, who I followed from their first album 1970- with a first live show 197, until 2017. Only Amon Duul II outlasted them- 1970 to present.

Not really a trigger by Akane. Kanami puts everything on the backing track and, unless it's a vocal double, it's played or programmed by her. Once Akane accidentally unplugged her In-Ears and missed the cue for the song to start, and everyone else started without her. Miku made it into a joke. It was hilarious!

Interesting pick up on the water bottle detail. I've seen several Asian artists who, when drinking from bottles with a top, hold it above their mouth and pour it in rather than rest it on their lip. Is that a Western thing now too, I wonder? Oh, and we'll let you off the 0.2 this time!!

I've heard a couple live versions of "Blooming", notably from Shibuya 2020 and an online okyu-ji from 2021, and this version BY FAR was better than either. Until now I've said that "Blooming" was the only BM song that is not as good live as the studio or MV version. I now stand corrected. They sure put on some good sounding shows at Zepp.
