NAMBA HATCHの終盤で、見知らぬイントロが流れてきたので、新しいインスト第２段かと思いきや、この曲でした。元々、好きな曲でしたが、火花と並んで、ベストパフォーマンスだったと思います。特に、AKANEさんのパフォーマンスは一皮剥けた感じです。先日のDOWNLOAD JAPANに出演していたどのバンドもドラマーがパワフルで、上手いなと感じたのですが、もしかしたら、AKANEさんもこれらに影響を受けて、覚醒したのかなと勝手に妄想しています。

I'm 63 now and am into my second year of being a Maidiac. Since I fell in love with these ladies I've wondered what their hold on me is, you know, besides being outstanding musicians and singers who create wonderful music, are all easy to look at and watch play, and from all observations are wonderful people. Tonight I was watching a reaction video to "Play" and the reactor said something that hit me. He said "I haven't been so satisfied with a band in a long time" and I realized that was it. I started in on rock, then metal music back in the late 60's. My favorites were, chronologically, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Rainbow, ELP, BTO, Van Halen, Metallica, Joe Satriani, Lacuna Coil, and now Band-Maid. Currently, besides what I listen to over the course of a day, I listen to to two or three BM songs before bed. I always WANT more but find it easy to stop because I'm satisfied. While the previously mentioned bands satisfied my musical needs to a point, apparently Band-Maid now fills a need I didn't know I had before. And they just keep getting better. I can't wait for more.

I can hear you, my path are much the same as yours. I found them this year, and I have been playing them non stop. Their music still excites me and I find new little details all the time that makes me like them even more. I've been playing guitar and bass for most of my life and completely relate to their music. Someday soon I will start practising their songs, gotta add a 5-string bass to my collection first. MISA MISA MISA. I love them all BTW. Incredile song ! I take time to appreciate this song (may be because I am old school?). But today it is one of my favourite. Incredile musicians. Every musician of this band can shine equally. This band is the most cohesive that life allows to see. These girls are at the top level of their instrument.The bass is not a bass that makes the bass sound, it is just as much on the guitar (yes it's a bass guitar!). Drums are incredile, the spine of the song. the Guitars are wonderful (really appreciate the stereo effect, incredile good idea, in the 21th of century that a lot lot of other bands don't used, isn't it?) and vocals ... hum .. falling in love even if I am not japanese! Today, many people consider you to be the best rock band of this decade. But tomorrow all the world will consider this to be true! Please keep conquering and dominating! どうもありがとうございます !

I urge everyone who was blown away by this, to check out their Christmas Acoustic concert over at Zaiko. It is not free, but one of the most amazing acoustic concerts you will ever see and hear, guaranteed. And you cannot even imagine how they rearranged this song for acoustic. No one could before we heard it.

I get goosebumps every time at the "The world continues". During this part, each of the member plays different, Miku's tasty palm muted riff, Akane's intricate tom fill, Kanami's delicate arpeggios, MISA's emotional and melodic bass lines, and finally Saiki perfectly nailed it with her breathtaking heartfelt vocals.

lyrics that are beyond good, they move the very core of one’s heart, Adam and Eve made a tragic mistake. they lost paradise, but gained adversity, a destiny, and true eternal love. biting that apple made them, made us all, human. thank you イブ。 and thank you Miku.

@@guignol9595 Miku writes some amazing things. She seems to believe in creating ones own destiny and has certainly largely achieved that. She also seems to genuinely love people and the chance to be alive and experience the world. The combination of the great musicianship of this band, incredible writing and Saiki's emotional delivery truly is the "miracle" that Miku said it was.
