Absolutely! They are great whether they are playing softer or harder. They kick ass with the best of any Hard Rock or Metal bands, but they are also great when they slow it down, too. Their recent online acoustic show was so damn good! I'm not even a big fan of acoustic stuff, but these Ladies nailed it!

I was there. I'm not into Sakura and tickets for the conference were like $85 so I was going to pass but a friend of mines daughter is really into the Sakura stuff so he gave me his pass after they were done that day. It was a great show

babymetal has something special, call it a "spark" or "magic" or whatever that band maid doesn't have. it's in the melodies, the hooks, the riffs, their songs grab your attention since the first listening, and every song sounds different. I gave band maid a chance, I listened to like 20 songs and I can remember only one melody, I liked only one song and it's an acoustic version that doesn't even represent them (love passion matador). their usual stuff sounds generic, halfway through any of their electric songs it still feels like "so... when does the song start? is this the main melody? is this the main riff?", the song ends and it's like "oh...ok... " and a minute later you can't differenciate it from the previous five songs. babymetal has cool memorable guitar riffs, good vocal melodies (and su is a great singer), and the songs as a whole makes you feel something. sadly band maid hasn't done that for me, they make me feel nothing. (except for "love passion matador", I loved that song).

This is the best sounding live footage I've heard so far. Saiki has to be vocal, or it just does not come together well. If I was a rich man, I would invest in Band Maid.

.coolest new band!!! They rock, their music/songs are good too. It's obvious they're good but I'm still surprised they created all these really good funky groovy songs. or is there somebody else behind the scene creating all these songs for them and they just play it? Otherwise they are super legit musicians with good taste.

I doubt we will find it. The distribution company that owns it may not release it as BAND MAID Is now under a new company. I love the song ARCADIA GIRL and they played it here almost the same as the album on Spotify. Man they are good!

i'm not surprise to see babymetal and one ok rock in top3 because they make world tour each year, they are popular outside japan...but im quite surprise to see minor band...while there's many big band in japan who are unknow to foreigners because they dont tour outside asia... band maid can become famous if they tour more in usa and europe because animes fan like them and rock fan too, but they need to release better hits for earn real fame.
