There is no doubt that these women are kick-ass rockers! Their motto is "whatever it takes" to get their music out to the fans. The best way to describe this video is "high octane". How many rockers will strap themselves to the hood or roof of a speeding car. Also they are VERY close to those fires and explosions. Akanbe, their drummer, caught her hair on the back of her head on fire during the shooting. These petite young Japanese females are true rock troopers!!!!!

One thing you missed in the lyrics was the title, it's not just a song about struggle. It's a warning to back off and let her do it her way. The video reinforces that, and adds another dimension they are not going to be tethered to the UK and US rock styles, (Jaguar and Cadillac) because those are destroying themselves and Band Maid will be there to dance in the wreckage.

Great reaction to our favorite band! By the way Band-Maid does not block "Official" videos from their website and usually not even "FanCam" videos. The only one I personally know of that's been blocked or Copyright struck has been the BM-Warning performance. Keep up the great work.

I think this string of Copyright strikes and content blocking on Band-Maid is a new situation. It might have started when someone illegally used their mobile phone to record Band-Maid and The Warning on their one song together and posted it in KZbin. So, now, Pony Canyon (Band-Maid's record label) has been super strict with B-M content.

They haven't officially released the new song "Show them" yet, so since they can't claim it as copyright as usual they have to do strikes on those. Agree that's if it's on their official page, there's no issues.

Strikes are VERY BAD. But a claim isn't good either because as a KZbinr you lose monetization on any video with a copyright claim 🙃

@@JasonsSongStop Band-Maid shares monitization back to the reactors of their music. As long as you are not click farming/baiting, and offering a genuine reactior/review, they share back to you. Many reactors who are "Pay to Play" don't get sharing.

You're right about the lyrics. Miku doesn't get nearly enough credit for her emotional story telling. I don't understand Japanese so I usually read the subs and then look online for other translations so that I get a better idea of she's trying to say. In this song, one of the protagonist's "life troubles" is her partner. Not a lot of sweet love songs coming out of Miku.

It’s not like that anymore. Folks have been getting Copyright strikes hence the weird videos - small sizes, no audio, filter everywhere, etc… The band might not care but it’s always the record label that issue these things. It sucks but that’s how it is.

​@@TlanImassMy understanding is that the only strikes have been on people doing the full 'Maids/Warning collab (vs. the official teaser) from their show together. Which is not so surprising; even if both bands and managements aren't planning an official release, they're probably EXTREMELY wary of upsetting their opposite numbers and/or potential future liability. So one thing is that no fan should be requesting a reaction to that. At this point I feel like anybody who does is A) dumb; or B) a troll (which also means they're dumb because why waste your life that way?)

@@TlanImass it only happened once, for the The Warning/Band-Maid collaboration, because the song is not officially released yet! There has never been any problem for all their official MVs.

"Reactions are where we share the experience together and learn during the review. The original video is for the uninterrupted highest quality version of the song." That makes a lot of sense to me as a Reaction watcher myself 😁🤟

The lyrics are the best part of a BAND-MAID song? I'll vociferously disagree. It's how the vocals and cadence and melody and harmonies convey the lyrics. If I don't like a song it's not because of the lyrics.

It's funny, I wholeheartedly agree, sorta kinda lol. Except personally, unless it's like Rush or Pink Floyd or something, where you go into the song knowing it's about something deep, generally I utterly despise lyrics to 99% of all bands, because they usually ruin the song for me. It's like seeing an interview with an actor you love, only to discover they are rabidly political, or simply dumb and obnoxious in real life. If I love a song, it just kills me to find out the "message". I love the Bass/Guitar/Drums of Hate? but personally the lyrics kill it for me. I think that's why I loved Band-Maid so much from the beginning, is that I had no clue as to what the lyrics were for the most part, and could just love the beautiful vocal tones.

@@LS-uv9gg BAND-MAID being a "foreign" band for me made it easy for me to make my comment. I certainly didn't fall in love with them because of the subject matter of the songs. Certainly taking nothing away from Miku and Saiki because it's not easy writing lyrics. Of course instrumentals don't need lyrics and BAND-MAID is Awesome and exceptional composing instrumentals. My favorite BAND-MAID song is FROM NOW ON. HATE is certainly not one of my favorites but I do smile at the lyrics and the Yokohama performance is an all timer from any band. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Jason , you have done BAND-MAID before , and no problems I presume , so why cover the screen now , you don`t have to worry about copy wright strike if you get the videos from BAND MAID`s offical channel , those other reactors got striked cause they posted a video that was not offically release , for a song that was done between BAND-MAID and The Warning , they should have known better .

So in the previous two Band Maid videos they did get hit by copyright and demonetized. I dealt with it while figuring out a new way. Which the filter worked, this video was not hit by copyright

@@dennisthemenace671 One solution is Band Maid Official live videos are less restrictive, so I can likely make videos around those and not need a filter. I think that'll be good 👍
