Hi thanks! I started incorporating this today. I’ve Had ac joint and rotator cuff tears in shoulders years back. Started doing resistance band external and internal rotation, but not getting better after one month. Can I use your exercises instead of the ones I’ve been doing? Same concept right, just different exercise? Your exercises feel better Thanks!

My physiotherapist said to keep up with external rotation, as many exercises assist the muscles that aid in the movement of external rotation. Think of that as a compound for those with healthy cuffs to do to maintain health. If u already have tears u wanna hit the individual muscles not the whole shoulder girdle at once. Do I make sense?

I am very very weak with the neutral grip vs over and under hand. Why is that? What muscles are being worked in neutral grip? (Palms facing each other)

I would like to hear why one should do a certain move, not just ”do this”.

Is it the craziest thing in the world if my abdomen feels really bad after doing these? Kept my core tight while doing these and I sear I pulled every fiber of my abs

Hi, is that the lightest band you're using? How many kilos of resistance does it have? The only band I have is a black band and it's slightly thicker than the one you're using. Will that be suitable for these exercises or do I need to use the lightest possible band?
@bushboxer2 жыл бұрын
Try it out man but i would say the black is too strong for these.
