If you're still messing with sculpting and haven't found a solution to flattening things neatly. You can select the smooth brush and go to the tools section, with the smooth brush selected, in there you'll find "Deformation", you'll want to set it from "Laplacian" to "Surface". Now when you use the smooth brush it will respect your geometry's shape instead of going way overboard and causing deformation issues. You can also use the slide relax brush for a similar effect (you can hold shift while using it for smaller increments) but my experience has been that the smooth brush is more pleasant and satisfying to work with.

hello, I have a cloth that I have animated in the correct position just to use as something for presentation to put my work on when i render, how can I export this cloth to substance painter so I can texture it? i do not know if it will export it from the 0th frame or from the frame i have it at right now, and I don't know what format cloth animations should be exported as. i just want the singular frame im on to be exported since that is the position in which I want the cloth to be.

I have a question, When u end with bump, u say when we switch to the principal, how? Bc u say with cf but mine doesn't change. Good video btw Edit: Never mind I made it, I disconnect the viewer modifier and connect the BSDF to Surface of material output
@3DDrip2 жыл бұрын
Hey, yes you did the right thing, If you've enabled the node wrangler add-on, you can do it by holding Ctrl Shift and just click on the node you want (e.g. principle, texture, etc)
