Hey, Mate. I overeated during lockdown. I have gained a lot of fat. I was completely slim, but now I have gained belly and thigh fat. I have never been doing exercises my whole life. I am 18 yo .I still am slim overall,but still their is that belly fat bothering me. I don't have a very good stamina. What should I do, to cut down the fat and get abs eventually ?

That's a great question. The key to reducing body fat and getting 'abs' is 1) Reducing calories in (so eating less) 2) Increasing calories burnt / used. The best way to do number (2) is from a combination of cardio and resistance training exercise. If you are starting out you could try: - 2 x cardio sessions / week - 2 x resistance sessions / week.
