The breakdown of the half-plank is super helpful. I always thought they were similar, but now I see the differences clearly.

This video really helped me understand the proper form for planks. I was definitely making some of those common mistakes.

I have been doing it for 5 Days and I have seen significant it is much easier to do a one minute plank. and it was not that hard the fifth time. And I was very surprised.

I was told years ago that your back should remain as straight as you can manage, so ideally your lower back and shoulders touch the mat at about the same time. You shouldn't "roll" up and down with your shoulders forward. My question is - is that better?

Crunches push your upper abs out which looks yuck full sit ups with legs flat on mat toned my whole abdomen much better, regret the crunch workouts I use to do. It looked awful.

Sit ups are way better. Check out tier lists of ab exercises. The range of motion is less in crunches basically.

“And the third most common mistake is don’t do sit ups. All you’re going to do is tighten your hip flexors and it doesn’t work your core anymore than the crunch.”

ok spot reduction is a myth.... But when we do a good amount workout for a period of time for biceps or the left leg like it is said in this video, those areas improve like crazy no doubt.... So there is no fat loss but the muscle in that area improves a lot ???? So when the muscle is improving the fat in that area goes away via having a decreased fat percentage in the body.... Well, it basically comes to the same thing. then . If overall, the body fat percentage is decreasing, that means in that area as well it is going down.
