BANDEJA - DIFFERENT on Right vs Left??

There are a few things to consider when you are playing the BANDEJA FROM THE RIGHT VS THE LEFT..the main objective of the bandeja is similar but to achieve this the technique needs to adapt!
Here we are working with a player to make their bandeja from the right more effective as they are not used to playing from this side. But so many times in competition you might need to switch sides depending on your partner etc.

Great video again! If possible I would like to see a video about when to play the ball back to the same opponent and when to change direction and play to the other opponent (especially when you’re at the net). Some more of those match analysis on advanced level would also be very much appreciated! :)

This depends on positioning, your teams general tactic, the ability of the opposing players and where you are on the court. So when you play you want to play the ball either to move the opposing players or make it difficult for them to kill you. Don't cross the ball over to the other player that isn't under pressure if you open up an angle to your partner that is difficult to defend in that particular moment. Alot of the time it just comes down to playing sensible balls that aren't giving the opposition easy angles to attack.

Nice video, I just have a doubt about the low elbow (5.45) that was marked red in the video. A few seconds after the red mark the player raises his elbow above shoulder height so he's still doing the right thing, right..? Even a lot of topplayers have there elbow low when they move back but just before hitting the ball they raise their arm/elbow.

Great video! Perfect explanation on the setup, the arm, and where you want to put the ball. The bandeja is one of those shots I feel is very underrated. Maybe because it usually a defensive shot, but it's a great shot to keep the net position. I can be an offensive shot as well. I recommend to players who are not yet comfortable with the smash to try the bandeja with a little more speed/power. Keet it up Sandy! These videos are great for players on all levels!
