+Federico Baena I beg to disagree. Citizenship is not based solely on parentage. Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova of Canada was born in Russia. She has Russian parents, yet she represented Canada and became Canada's second Miss Universe. Similarly, having "Caucasian" or western looks does not decide one's citizenship.
