Guy: is it possible to have similar competition without any beauty element? Me: yes, that’s called talent competition, singing competition, dance competition I don’t understand why some people felt attacked by beauty pageant. If you can’t sing then you can’t join singing content. If you can’t dance then you can’t join dance contest. I mean you can try but you will fail and it’s okay for people to tell you you can’t sing or dance? Then it’s the same if you are ugly then you can’t join beauty contest.

I think the whole miss world thing is a beauty pageant gone too far. It's a competition celebrating women who look naturally (if there is such a thing considering the amount of makeup used) beautiful with a ton of other non relevant skills that have nothing to do with outside looks. Hopefully it gives someone with little opportunities to do things they never had the chance to do.

I like Miss World than Ms. Universe. I am not really a fan of Ms. Universe, because I guess it's beauty without a purpose. I dont know but that's my opinion. Showing their bodies, modelling, and ect. Unlike Miss World...

I agree with sir 1. You are right. Thr amount of make up an a very "plastic" look. Eish they choose natural beauties ehere "NO MAKE UP PERMITED, then its call true beauties, I wonder how they actually look like eith no breast jobs or heavy make up. It is a joke

Having seen, first hand, the extent of desolation, poverty and devastation in many parts of the world (the places she has visited) can make one very vulnerable and emotional. There is so much that has to be done to uplift tue lives of many and it probably got to her that there was only so much one person can do.
