Alchemy is a celebration of modern day India; Narvekar's production combines a traditional Indian aesthetic with an electronic undercurrent and vocals from UK's Hannah Hannah Magenta. The track provides a foundation for a poem which evokes a contemporary subcontinent, where tradition is remixed by a generation hungry for change.

Thanks dude. It was written from the heart. I am of Indian descent, but my first visit was when I was aged 28. This was written twelve years later, as I fell in love with the culture I was born into. Yet to attach ourselves with pride to an identity, a culture or a nation can also do us a great deal of damage; two thinkers who speak eloquently about this are Tagore and Krishnamurti. Thanks for your kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed the words. Mayur wrote the song afterwards; then the absolutely brilliant visuals came; these are truly the unrecognised genius behind this piece of art. It was a collaborative effort made with a skeleton team of around ten people. Sadly, many did not get paid, but that is a longer story!
