Nice video, Matlock doesn't seem to have changed very much, takes me back 30 years when my mates and I would ride from Arnold on our LC's flat out on the kimberly bypass, Micron expansion chambers blaring trying not to get pulled over by the cops proper two stroke hooligans we were. It was great all kinds of bikes all kind of aftermarket parts like a rolling showroom. Last time I was there was on my Katana 1000 maybe 1991 or 92 . Still have the Katana we relocated to a warmer climate now my weekend rides are to the Rock store on Mullholland and the Lookout cafe on the Ortega Hwy . Thanks for the video took me back to my youth and put a big smile on my face Keep up the good work, Stay safe.

Wow always amazes me how my little vids can be viewed around the world. In 81 / 82 I would be there on my RD250LC, think many of us were lucky to have made it through those years as we all rode those things flat out! No wonder they changed the learner rules soon after. Last year I had a company in London modify an XSR900 to resemble that 80's bike, seat, side panels and a Mars bar paint job so I'm still reliving my youth. You will probably recognise lots of the places in other vids on my channel but thanks for watching this, I'm very jealous of the warmer climate, think it's going to snow tomorrow here. Best wishes Richard

Nice video Mark, looks like a lovely place. Reminds me of the seaside like you were saying.

Yep we are about as far as you can get from the seaside here so guess that's why folks like Matlock Bath. Peaks are a nice area to ride a motorbike.

It was last Sunday, I love riding in the Peaks, it's a ride north for me from Ashby de la Zouch. You will probably find lots of the previous vids are based up there. I can often be found at the Grindleford railway cafe, or the Yondermans near Monsal Head. Can not believe you missed riding on the warmest February day in history to do gardening! Luckily my wife rides a bike herself so I don't have those issues. Thanks for calling by the channel 👍

We’ve had some great biking days in February this year. I’m not surprised there were so many bikes in Matlock Bath! I stayed in Cromford a couple of years ago. The hotel was some kind of Christian retreat, but I got bed and breakfast for around £35!
@Banditmanuk5 жыл бұрын
I like Cromford, think I want that house overlooking the mill pond. B&B for £35.... bargain 👍Thanks for calling by Tony

I stayed in a place called Vic near Barcelona for a month and 13 degrees not a cloud in the sky is a typical winter's day there.
