Bands I Only Need 1 vinyl Record from part 3

Bands I only have one album of, is really only one and that is the Chicago Transit authority, more popularly known as Chicago. To me their first album when they were known as the Chicago Transit authority is just fantastic, their rendition of I'm a man is got to be one of my favorite classic rock songs of all time. And I have to put it in the top three greatest first albums of a group or band of all time

Another fun video Ron. I'll have to check out the band GONG. Judas Priest did a cover version of the song Race With The Devil by Gun. It's on their 2001 reissue of the album Sin After Sin.

had Gun way back when - I'm 69 and followed the Gurvitz brothers who worked with Ginger Baker on Baker Gurvitz Army

Yeah there's a couple of really good Baker girvitz army records I used to have the one with them kind of the apocalyptic cover they're on horseback. Good record mine was not in the greatest condition I sold it and have never replaced it. then there's another one it's got like a yellow cover more progressive sounding and that's another good record. I did order octopus just recently I had the Canadian original pressing that's in the jar and I saw they had reissued it with the octopus cover that I've always loved but I've never been able to afford The original swirl or just didn't want to pay that much. I purchased it off eBay. the person mailed it horribly it came all dented up with a big crease across the whole cover. so I sent it back and I still have not repurchased it. Thanks bro, Cheers mate!!

I recently purchased Gong's 'Zero To Infinity' album on vinyl. As the music is more jazz orientated than their other works (with Daevid Allen) the sound quality is outstanding. Maybe worth checking out? Thanks again for posting Ron.

Man, I would love to have "dreamboat Annie"! I have their '85 self titled (which is ok, I grew up with that) , I also have "bad animals" that one is better and less"digital" sounding!

The album Dare by The Human League is excellent. Not a weak track on it. Reach the Beach by The Fixx is a great album too. The Sign of Fire song is underrated.

Is the Gong album an original? I hear there’s a new reissue out, I’m wondering if I should order it. I really like that album, I only have the cd.

I didn't mention it but it's a 2007 reissue UK pressing I bought it on eBay The original Virgin twins is getting kind of expensive so I got mine on the green virgin twin label which was much more affordable thanks so much for watching and liking the video appreciate you 👍

Yes I have the long run that was my only eagles record until this week when I got hotel California now I have two thanks so much for watching most appreciated. In this video. The only reason that the hotel California was in the video was I was making a comparison sound wise with the heart record because of the Kevin Gray reissue. Not because hotel California is my only eagles record.
