For Rhythm of War, it’s the epigraphs from part 2 specifically that are from Harmony. I think one of the other parts might have stuff from Taravangian, but I don’t remember what all of them are

For the Kelsier connection you should read Secret History before the next book, it is a good place since it explains this book and does not spoil the next.

The letters between Hoid and his "friends" span all four of the current Stormlight books. As far as the newspaper clipping easter eggs go, there's tons of references to other stuff hidden in there. My personal favorite is an ad in the paper that is requesting any information that anyone on Scadrial has about the appearance of talking metal tools. Personally, I'm pretty sure that one is a hint at Worldhoppers from Nalthis, the planet that Warbreaker takes place on.

Hoid is in Shadows of Self, but only extremely briefly. He’s a carriage driver to the big party they go to, and he’s only mentioned by name.

Hoid was in Shadows of Self as Wax's carriage driver. He did not appear in the previous book, though Sanderson has said that Hoid attended the wedding prior to the Vanishers' attack for the purpose of congratulating the happy couple.

IMO, Hoid didn't drink perfume but rather he still had perfume on from whatever he was doing prior, and claimed to have been drinking it as a cover because Wax smelled the perfume

Marty, are you guys going to read Mistborn Secret History before The Lost Metal? It was published immediately after BoM in order to explain the reveal in the end. It was fun to see you guys discussing this book! I like Shadows of Self better because of the character work, but this book deals with the fallout from that (with Wax/Sazed and in a positive way with Wax/Steris) and it does that really well, in my opinion.

8:15 that's the wrong definition of The Bands of Mourning. The Lord Ruler had a bunch of independent metal bracers true, but not an Unkeyed, multi-layered, Nicrosil storage device. "Lord Ruler" was a false assumption made by Wax in response to the term "Monarch"
