For those who haven’t figured it out by now, the company went under these are no longer sold. They will never be back in stock. Lots of these sold had issues with leaking the fluid for the timer, and they had to refund many.

It's a powder load. So basically a blank round.

I'm sure it's some sort of cone-shaped cavity that amplifies the sound of the powder charge. So, it's not necessarily going to have all the traits of a truly large charge, but they can use acoustic physics to make a smaller charge sound larger than it is. I've heard these on the field and they sound pretty legit from a distance. I actually have one but haven't had a chance to use it because I live in a subdivision. Gonna try it out for the first time tomorrow and I'll report back on my impressions.

Update On My Bang 22: It’s significantly louder with the Yellow ones. Please bear in mind, these are Full Metal, a literal steel brick. I bought one for the use as a Tripwire Alarm, I’m going to get another for my nephew who plays outdoor skirmishes.

I curious as to your claim at 0:54 that the Green is 30% louder than the Brown. The Green is 118db. The Brown is 122db. That is a 4db increase in sound pressure energy. Since db uses a logarithmic scale, a 4db increase in Sound Pressure Level (SPL) results in the green being 2.51 times (251%) the SPL of the brown. How did you calculate that 4db is only a 30% increase from the Brown to the Green? According to the logarithmic function, every 3db increase is a doubling of the sound pressure level. Using the (Blue) Brown 118db as the Reference point to which all other devices are measured: (Blue) Brown = 118db The Reference Point Device = (Blue) Brown = 118db (Blue) Green = 122db +4.0 db increase = 2.51 times the Reference point Device level (Blue) Yellow = 125db +7.0 db increase = 5.01 times the Reference point Device level (Red) Brown = 125db +7.0 db increase = 5.01 times the Reference point Device level (Red) Green = 129db +11.0 db increase = 12.59 times the Reference point Device level (Red) Yellow = 132db +14.0 db increase = 25.11 times the Reference point Device level Thank you. @@thelittlebottle3348 It is a common mistake to try to apply a simple percentage relation to a logarithmic function. Percentages are linear, logarithmic scales are not. That is why logarithmic scales are so useful in that you can pack a lot of range in a small graph.

Was great when I bought it in Oct last year and the timer head broke in January and now goes off in under a second. Feb 22nd they told me they were sending a new one. Here we are still waiting till this day, maybe one day I'll get a new head or maybe the rumors of AI going under are well founded.

What's the point of a sound grenade though? You throw it ppl look at it you shoot them? Distraction on another direction is imagine? How have you used it? I want to buy the quieter one and throw it in my roommate's room at 4am

I’ve purchased 2 of these. They’re pretty much ineffective in cold weather. Can take 15-20 seconds to go off. They need a fix for that.

Yes, the head still works but I pretty much find that any cool weather variant affects how long it takes to go off. I’ve been in touch with the manufacture and found out that there’s a spring assembly in the base that often breaks. It then becomes an expensive paper weight. @@madbroindustries

Well, those model of cartridge are not available in Denmark, but I can see several Danish shops selling different types of nail gun cartridge. They might not be allowed on airsoft fields, but they do seem to exist.

Short 1 1/2 to 2 seconds, Medium 3-4 seconds, long 4-6 seconds. All bets are off in the cold weather as they don’t work properly. The warmer it is out the faster they go off.

No they are not blanks nor is that there purpose those driver cartridges SHOULD Not go into a firearm as these driver cartridges are alot stronger then a 22 lr blank or actual cartridge so these ramset. 22 driver cartridges are not blanks as blanks are for guns
