If you enjoy checking out Bangkok and other SE Asia spots, consider subscribing. I'll continue to make videos showing the streets in Bangkok and beyond. Thailand is amazing and a great place to visit, work or retire. I'll do my best to show you how to live affordably in SE Asia. Plus, enjoy some great side trips from Bangkok.

Love watching your video’s mate. Thailand/Bangkok is our second home. We’re flying to Bangkok next week. In 4 year me and my wife will move permanently. Keep up the good work.

These vids are great, they give a granular view of living in Bangkok, Thailand...god willing I will be spending some time there in retirement.

Another interesting area. Seems very quiet and chill. The mini buses are called “Song-tows (tow like cow) I believe. I’ll bet some of those small shops have amazing food. Thanks for the great video.

Yes, they are popular in Phuket. That area probably can't handle the large bus. They do a good job of getting folks around.

@@EagerExpat that’s one thing I really appreciate about Thailand is that if you’ve got a skill or some will you can create something without so much bureaucratic red tape getting in the way.

Love your videos also. If I were in Bangkok, I would be walking every day also. During our 1 and 2 month stays in Bangkok that's what I did.

I love walking around. I wanted to go today, but the air looks horrible. I live on the 26th floor. If my view is cut in half, I don't do a 10-mile hike. The good thing is it clears in a day or two.

Will be in that area this weekend!

I've seen a lot of affordable places.... my concern is the asking of 2 months deposit... air bnb has some location 7 km away for less than 500 for a month.. almost better than just going week to week.. which adds more than just getting a month... sp many choices... awesome

AirBnb is another way to go. But, like you said, you need to move down the line. My buddy was paying $800 a month Airbnb in OnNut. The same condo was $500 with a lease. Plus, I've always got my deposit back.

I saw that guy. I shifted the view. I try not to film anyone who doesn't want to be filmed. I saw him move fast so I looked away. Other people waive hello.
