I had a bump on my face a few years ago. I got it while vacationing in Thailand and doing a lot of golfing and walking around without sunblock. It was skin cancer. The doctor here froze it off and told me Nutregena is the best sunblock. Now I wear a wide brimmed hat and use sunblock, especially in Thailand.

Do you have your aircons cleaned as well? (I'm sure you did). i have my split units cleaned every six months, the amount of dirt that comes out of the interior portion of the split unit is mind boggling, the cleaning should also help with the overall efficiency. Yes older air conditioners arent as efficient though also the insulation of your condo, position of your outside walls to the sun and the type and quality of your windows also can effect how well your place can retain the temperature before the compressor has to kick in again to cool. I enjoy your channel, should be in Bangkok at the beginning of September. Not sure if you meet with subscribers or not, thought it would be cool to have beer together if you do. You are very lucky that your USA-based retirement medical insurance is covered in Thailand. Last month, I sat on an airplane next to a recently divorced 65-year-old retired man on a flight to Bangkok. His ex-wife took most of his life-savings so he was moving to Pattaya to live mostly off his social security. He sold and cashed out everything that his ex-wife didn’t take. He bought a one-way ticket to Thailand. He had the unrealistic “grass is greener” in Thailand dream and thought he had sufficient funds for a retiree visa. Since Medicare doesn’t cover outside the USA, I asked him how he was going to pay for his medical care in Thailand. He said that he’s been fairly healthy throughout his life so he thought he could handle the medical cost out-of-pocket. I didn’t want to piss-on-his-dream, but when I reached 65-years-old, my health care problems escalated - compression fracture, cataracts, arthritis, atrial fibrillation, etc. If it wasn’t for Medicare, I’d be in a big HURT trying to cover the medical cost. He said that he was going to cancel his Medicare, but I told him to WAIT until he was absolutely certain that retiring in Thailand was going to work for him. If retirement in Thailand doesn’t work and he returns back to the USA and goes back on Medicare, the $$$ Medicare penalty could be significant.

Last month, I was having breakfast at the Buddy's Bar and Grill shown in your video. From his accent, the manager was Aussie or Kiwi.
