I had the Bose sound dock 10, amazing speaker but no Bluetooth, Bose wanted too much for the adapter, bought my own at my local target for $20. Sold it because it was too heavy, and outdated. Just bought this Beolit 15 and it's so lightweight and sounds better than my old Bose 👍🏽
@NKraaijeveld9 жыл бұрын
iOZKERTV I totaly agree with that! I've compared some speakers , beolit 15 is a beautiful device with a high treble and deep bass. Best in is kind on the market now the days!

Have you tried the Bose SoundLink Mini? It sounds incredible for $199. Keep in mind I am a very open Bose hater. Most of their products are overpriced plastic garbage. The SoundLink Mini on the other hand is amazing. Sounds great and huge. Is made of aluminum and the battery lasts hours. Love mine.
@robertofernandezguillen27049 жыл бұрын
+Rediscover Film Bose soundlink is a very good speaker but its nothing like the beoliet 15. But the bose is a small device whit medium sound and the Beoliet 15 is high (loud) sound.
@AngusPearson9 жыл бұрын
+Rediscover Film There's always the Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay A2 which is smaller and comes in at $399 or cheaper and still sounds amazing for it's size

It really sounds the best. Rich, silky, full musical sound. Excellent addition to life! Good review too. It is funny to hear (well recorded) my speaker (now connected to my laptop) sounding like it really sounds every day. Funny and amazing. You guys, it really sounds like Steve had recorded, hehehe. :-) :-)

I would like to know how this speaker compares to the Klipsch KMC 3 portable Bluetooth speaker that I own? The woofer alone in the KMC is 5" iirc! 110 watt peak, a very flat response and runs on 8 D batteries that last around 12 hours at max volume. Oh yea 0 distortion cranked all the way up even. I just can't believe this little thing sounds better overall. No way can it be louder...

I was reading reviews of this model but I was astonished that this is actually a MONO speaker, not stereo, is this the case? I own a SoundLink III, which sounds GREAT at 200 bucks less.. just trying to decide, if I'm paying a premium just for design or it's actually better than the SL 3

Nice sound and look but it's borderline too large for me to consider portable. If it needs its own bag to bring along, its too big. Imho.
@Ant373910 жыл бұрын
Steve, I appreciate you doing an audio review, but with all due respect I have to say it is difficult to get an idea of how something sounds in this manner, even if you use a good external microphone. I'm also into pro audio besides photography and I when I check whether "something" sounds good, it's done generally as an A/B comparison between with/without. For example, the KZbin channel ProTools Expert offers reviews of audio plugins. They show a track without the plugin, then with the plugin. In this manner, one can hear how good "something" sounds (i.e. a plugin) because there's a reference (i.e. without the plugin) against which one can evaluate the product being reviewed. In other words, on KZbin, the only way one can hear how good this B&O Beolit sounds would be if you had an other Bluetooth speaker playing the same music and A/B between them. Of course, not a practical solution in your case, but it should give you some food for thought about doing audio equipment reviews.

No distortion ? Even in the max volume it sound full & crisp with no restriction? Is the bass really heavy ? I dont want to bother nobody
@TheVantie8 жыл бұрын
I know it's Been a while! 19 year old first time B&O product user here! But the bass is extreme, and with the new app "Beoplay" you Can adjust bass, and how "light" or "heavy" the Sound should be. No distursion at all, not even at full volume! I've taken this bad boy to the beach, parties etc. And everyone keeps on being impressed! Only thing is, the battery isn't that great at greater volumes. And when you're outside you have to play loud, because of the mono/360 Sound it have. If it was stereo you could play, at a lower volume to hear it probably. Amazing speaker in my opinion, my friends always tells me to bring it along :P

beolit 15 vs marshall stanmore ?????
@realaudioreviews9 жыл бұрын
+Rosario Gimmati Beolit 15, marshall stanmore has tons of reliability problems, also i dont think most of their products are portable. For sound I would go for the beolit, much more power. For simply portable the JBL xtreme is great.
