Sumit bhai, I was also suffering from neck stiffness on long drives, please try this on long drive change the steering angle to as low as possible. While cruising on the highway try to hold the steering at 2:45 or 4:40 position. These two changes helped me a lot. Keep posting good videos.

Well i didn't use cruise control while returning I used adaptive cruise maximum time and got 15+ average

Consider the size of the car...its not bad..i would say
