Absolutely deserved, Teddy. You are one of the very few genuine Stray Kids reactors on KZbin and I fell in love with your videos and your reactions, your personality, your jokes, your SINCERITY. I've been here for a while lurking and watching from the shadows without commenting, throwing a like and losing my mind along with you, sharing information that I know. Bang Chan actually watching your videos (because actually idols do that quite a lot, because they get so much negativity and criticism from korean fans that they need some positive reinforcement.) is ABSOLUTELY deserved. Keep up the good work and don't forget to take care of yourself, yeah? ❤️🩹 Much love Edit: He has definitely seen all of your reactions, Teddy, not to rain on your parade 😭😂 time to be mortified Post about the thumbnail / introduction stuff on Twitter!!! There are so many talented stays who can do stuff like that, it is definitely worth a shot :)) I can spread it around my moots and ask them to share it so somebody can reach out to you!

I can only imagine what the reactions of international fans can mean to them, not only SKZ but in general. Sometimes I think it is quite sad how korean fans can be towards them. The entertainment industry in general aint easy for artists but in some countries, well its harder than it others and I think Korea is one of those harder ones. I think its cool though that they watch stuff fans do and even non fans who can became fans while reacting to kpop artists...be it reactions or memes or compilation videos whatever it is. And I totally agree with that Bang Chan for sure saw all of the videos hahahah

@@edinak2473 Idk when it was exactly but Taeyong from NCT made some post where he, I wont say begged, but asked for supporting him and NCT as a whole...that he will do things even better....apparently people, not just fans said to him some bad stuff....like he isnt a good leader or if NCT fails he will be responsible for that and what not....and I was just WTF. Certain people are just the worst. Ok, I get it that some people make money of those idols, which is normal everywhere but when you are putting down artist in such a way it isnt even surprising when artist get depressed and god forbid commit suicide because everything becomes waaay to much to handle. Idk if there are such people in SKZ company, JYP for sure isnt saying anything to them... I think he s even lowkey scared of them hahahahha but fans can be a burden too sometimes. Although I dont think that I can called those negative people fans. One thing is to not like a certain song, tastes are of course different, I personally like some kpop songs more than others even within one group but what I read sometimes on social media is brutal, especially from some korean "fans". I think it was a mistake how they built that kpop industry. The best example I can think of right now is Chen from Exo. One of the best vocalists in my opinion who deserves the world.... but just because he got married and has 2 kids now he got so much bashing. The illusion that fans "own" the idols as boyfriends or whatever to me is quite disgusting and then you see the total contrast, especially from us westerners. Dont get me wrong we have dickheads as well, but like it is not a big deal if an artist is just dating or getting married. Thats why I think all those kpop artists should also focus a lot more on the international market. Some of them get way more valued internationally than at home. Which on one hand is also a shame.
@edinak24732 жыл бұрын
@@Niki91-HR It is absolutely disgusting and devastating to see. I only stan Stray Kids (I am not an anti of any other group, I just don't listen to them), so I only know about the straight up hate Chan got for things that weren't his fault and even if it was, what he got was way too brutal. I've been part of stan Twitter for a couple of months now and the things I've seen are way too crap. Making fun of idols' mental illness for clout and whatnot, weaponising it against them, telling them to off themselves. It's disgusting and the fact that fans GENUINELY think they are dating an idol or even HAVE A CHANCE of dating an idol is ridiculous. Go outside, touch some grass. Seriously...

@@edinak2473 I dont have Twitter so I dont know what is happening there, only if someone screenshots something and puts it on other social media platforms. I try not to get to those negative things in general, but here and there I see something regardless if it is kpop or Hollywood or whatever. A lot of things I do learn about due to reading comments and then google stuff if it interests me enough. I personally cant just listen to one artist or one artist per genre or whatever the case may be. I even listen to music from.artists I may not like, like Beyonce for exanple but hell she has a few bops that I enjoy 😅🙈 Of course there are artists or groups that I like or love more than others and follow them more on social media but when it comes to music I generally listen to everything that sounds good to my ear 😁😁 I know that people criticised SKZ for their music being noisy which btw they do also with NCT 127 since boths sounds are different from the mainstream kpop. I guess thats why one of the SKZ albums was called noisy. The world aint perfect but certain things are fortunately not as importnat in the West in general as in S.Korea and people dont give a shit about a lot of stuff when it comes to celebs in general. As long celebs aint hurting anybody else no one really cares what they do in their private time. And hell yeah... what is the chance to meet a celeb who will fall in love with you and be with you. Ofc it can happen...Chen is an example, some Hollywood actors as well, BUT I think there is a higher chance to get the jackpot playing the lottery 😅 Having a crush on celebs is quite normal.and anyone of us fantasized at least once having a thing with a celeb...but thats all it is a fantasy and you move on to the real world again. I am glad that type of culture doesnt exist in Europe and i guess the US as well. Also ehat I have to mention how absurd it is that kpop artists like Chen have to apologise for being happy with someone. That is one thing that frustrates me quite a bit.

It's been barely even two months since I clicked on a recommended video for God's Menu after newly discovering Jackson Wang, and it feels like a whirlwind. I'm an older baby Stay, so it's felt awkward expressing my enjoyment of SKZ and Kpop, especially with no one to really enjoy it with. I'm proud of you Teddy and it's understandable that you want to tell people. I had similar moment happen to me when I was younger. I collabed with a well known J-rock musician Gackt on a fundraiser in 2011. It was after Japan had that really strong earthquake and tsunami. I raised money at my elementary school ( I was 12 at the time) while Gackt worked on raising money in Tokyo and we would email each other and he really appreciated that I cared about helping his country. I kept telling people after that because I felt proud of it, especially because Gackt's music was a big part of my childhood and he is the reason I got into learning about Asian cultures in the first place.

It's great you have looked at other reactions - the reactor community is a pretty great one when you connect with ones that are also genuine. I'm hoping that you simply didn't know that these channels exist because I think it's unfair to ignore their work! Chan has also commended on their work before.

Not to mention the Korean producers who pick apart not only the music, but the lyrics and their significance from a cultural perspective: Kulture Study, Handsome Sausages. The countless rappers. All the other dissections from vocal coaches and metal heads. The breakdowns from dancers. 😂 I love how excited he is, but yeah, Chan has shouted out many people before him - and many skilled reactors that have been analyzing stray kids for a while don't all have a shout-out. Teddy is skilled, and has gotten a shout-out as a musical influence! But yeah, as a KZbinr, he's got some big predecessors he doesn't know about. I also immediately thought of Classical Musicians - I mean, they wrote SKZ a classical mix track that Chan loved!

The sisters are Christy and Silvia, who do reactions on Silvia's channel (sillypak) and Christy's channel (Christy and Jeff CHANnel). This is where you're getting the "Pak" you're thinking of. Andy & Jas are a different duo of reactors. They do in-depth looks at the lyrics and translations. There _are_ a few other reactors who do breakdowns and in-depth looks at the music, but each one has something a bit different to offer, so they complement rather than compete. (Even some of the ones who don't do breakdowns are still enjoyable to relate to as a fan. It gets easy pretty quickly to tell who's in it for views and who's genuine. I literally keep a spreadsheet). One I enjoy and think you might too is Carkpop, a hardcore Changbin stan who's also a drummer and a huge k-rap fan; as a fellow drummer, I appreciate his technical looks at SKZ's raps and his scoring of the flows and cadences.

Dude that's amazing! So proud of you. I watched your very first skz reaction when it came out, and now you've been noticed by the artist themselves. That's awesome dude. 💜

Greetings from Germany 🌸 You are perfectly right. I have not seen anyone else reacting to SKZ videos like you do. I very much appreciate you being so considerate about your comments. And congrats that Bangh Chan noticed and mentioned you. He is such a darling. And so are you. 🌸

I am so happy that you've been shouted out by bang chan! I was watching the live while it was airing and when i tell you i was so excited when he started talking about the "uk rapper who reacted to skz" because i knew he was talking about you! You've become one of my favorite reactors by how genuine you are and i understand how frustrating it is to watch other reactors be not as genuine with their reactions so i wanted to recommend you some of my other favorite reactors that i feel like you may enjoy watching more! While there are definitely alot of reactors out there who only react for the hype and to get clout, there are also alot of them who are genuinely passionate about the music just as much as you (and all the other aspects such as the dance, performance, etc of kpop), albeit some of them are alot less popular than the big ones you've probably watched. Some of my favorite reactors who are in it for the music are for example ReacttotheK (maybe you've heard of them?), a group of classical musicians who react to kpop and dissect the music in a classical way, Carkpop (i feel like you'll like him alot) a drummer who loves to dissect rap flows and rhythms, FifiZappaReacts and Caitlin Benson, both of them also very passionate about the music. Since you've mentioned them in this video you probably also know that ItsAndyandJas like to dissect the lyrics with their knowledge of korean who may bring informations that non korean speakers cant know. There are also alot of reactors who specializes in other things and like to analyze those specific parts of kpop, such as Jeff Avenue and OG Kpop Stan who focuses more on the dance and performance aspects of kpop, or Jordan Orme who focuses on the video editing. Overall you can just search "producer reacts to stray kids" and im sure you'll find plenty of reactors that are genuine and actually analyze the songs in a meaningful way, just like you.

The names of the 2 sisters are Silvia (Channel: sillypak) & Christy (Channel: Christy & Jess CHANnel). I think Pak is their last name, because they are of korean descent.

I love Stray Kids music but I don't have enough words in my head to describe or to understand why. I never listen to rap before Stray Kids so I don't have even the slightest knowledge. Watching your videos just enlightened me a lot, why I like Stray Kids, and I get to appreciate 3racha more than before. Thank you✨

I just found them recently. I don't remember when exactly, or how, but I have been thoroughly obsessed for at least the last several weeks (best guess is early October 2023). All of my spare time (and some not so spare) has been spent watching videos, reactions, hours and hours of footage. Therein lies the genius behind the reality+ aspect show: I know it must have been difficult to live while surrounded by cameras and crew but we have such a peak behind the curtain you really get to know them and can't not love them for not only their work but also them for themselves. We don't have any right to their personal lives, but it is not difficult to become invested a bit. Sometimes I worry for them, for things I can't see and what I hope is and isn't happening (I'll not elaborate here). I love seeing their emotions, the range of their feelings as people. Not afraid to express, not forcing a stoic persona but vulnerable with the opposite and love them more for it. At first I listened in the car by using a KZbin playlist, but then I bought the songs so I didn't burn through my mobile data. Now, I literally also listen during most of my work day (phone put away in my desk but wireless earbud in one ear, loud enough to enjoy and mentally vibe, low enough to not interfere with work or conversation). When I come across a reactor that I like, I go through and watch everything they have on their channel about Stray Kids (so nice when they have a playlist like you do). So I've been here a few days enjoying your reactions to my favorites. And I'll be back to some of the same ones to revisit the ones I like best (as well as follow the channel for when more are uploaded). I don't have anyone to share this with (those few in my life have been told but they aren't interested) and I think I've realized that I obsessively watch reactions(etc) because it makes me feel part of the group, to share in the love of what makes them so wonderful. I've sprinkled my thoughts across KZbin and seriously might be composing an essay of sorts to put all of my feelings on the matter in one place because it is too much to express in a line or two. Even this post---it got so long already and I haven't even truly talked about **why** I love Stray Kids. **sigh** it's too much ❤ And I don't know how to communicate to them. It's hard watching the clips of invitation to come to them because I can't. I don't know who their accounts are on social media/websites (don't know who is them and who is Stay or catfish). Someday, if I can find a way to contact them and know it is really them, I'll send my "dissertation," but until then, all I have is bits and pieces across KZbin and hoping that they see it.

I met up with a group of Stays I found through my reactions. We all met up in the UK to attend a Stray Kids event in London! People came from all over the world! The main thing we shared in common was our love for Stray Kids, but the most valuable thing was that we’d never been able to be giddy about kpop like that in our normal lives, so it was amazing!

Congratulations Teddy! This is so huge for you. I've been into kpop for some time but fell off while I was doing my undergrad then I found Skz in May during a very difficult time in my personal and it's been the best experience learning about them along with your channel and all the other stays who do reactions and edits. It's been the best time.
