Bangers & Mash with an Irish Twist

Let’s get to a 1000 subs!!
Bangers and mash is a classic British dish that combines juicy sausages, creamy mashed potatoes, and rich onion gravy but I’ll be adding an irish twist today for St Patricks Day.
INGREDIENTS
This is for 2-3 servings
-4-5 red onions
-1tb of flour & butter
- 200-250ml of Guinness and beef stock
- garlic
- oil
- 700-900g of potatoes
- 2tb of butter
- whole milk
- chives
- 6 small or 4 big pork sausages of your choice

I haven't seen that brand before in aldi, they look savage. They cooked lovely. I have a soft spot for the Lidl jumbos, and the ordinary ones too. The ordinary Aldi ones are slimey.

Id say that gravy was very rich Guinness and beef stock is a strong combination ... I never understand people who start off cooking spud in boiling water it will never cook properly and always start spuds from cold ....good video my man simple and straightforward
