Good video. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. All the landlords are trying to make up for their COVID losses with one big bite (30 - 50% increase per month is just insane) but are also still up against an ever-growing inventory of new condos and new vacancies as people move to new. I think in the next six months or so this error in reasoning will come back to bite them in the ass as their now-฿35K/month condo is sitting empty for the foreseeable future.

I agree 100%. The logic used here sometimes is incredible. Many landlords would rather their unit go empty for 6 months - 1 year instead of "giving in" and accepting a lower price.
