Knead the flour dough mixed with green tea powder several times to make several layers of dough. It is then spread thinly and baked in butter.

Wrong, she fries the dough in oil, peanut oil I believe. The butter is added for flavor, but it’s not the frying medium. The bananas are a subtle flavor, it’s not overpowering. So it’s a crispy, tasty desert or snack. The condensed milk topping adds some sweetness to the roti.
