I have lived in Thailand for four years now and eat street food everyday from every city I have visited. Some people worry to much about certain food safety issues, all I can say is I have never had any issues eating any street food. Many of us are accustom to our country’s health food standards and what we have been taught about food safety and that ok you don’t have to try the street food but in my opinion you are missing out on some of the best food in Thailand and what is a big part of the Thai food culture.

street food is delicious but NEVER healthy. Your health may not bee affected in 4 years but in the long run you will start having health problems if you eat street food every single day. The same problem applies to fast food like McDonald's, KFC etc.

I live in Canada and we could literally never keep our food carts out overnight like you are doing especially not with food being kept in theme overnight everything would be stolen if we did what you are doing and if not stolen criminals would damage the food so that it would be not safe to eat anymore. Anyways im glad you live in a place where you are able to trust people enough to be able to do that i wosh i lived in a place where I could trust the people around like that i honestly can't even trust my own family like that.

Because western culture is toxic and that’s what happens when you don’t have morals or discipline. I’ve visited Japan plenty of times and sometimes you’ll see vending machine out in the middle of nowhere. They aren’t vandalized or trashed with graffiti. In the states the machine would have been broken into or completely stolen the first day. Asian countries are just different because of laws holding people accountable and a thing called … respect.
