Love this dish so much. I had it many times and each time it was delicious! Loving the way she cooks it here, ingredients so simply yet so flavorful. Long bean is the most embaressing mistake in Pad Kraprao. It's like adding pine-apples in pizza for Italian. If there are long beans in there then its not Pad Kraprao.

So many people said she used too much oil. In order to cook a Thai fried egg, you have to use a lot of oil because it is what makes the egg crispy. It also makes it cook faster, as you can see in the way she scoops the oil and pour it all over the egg. Also, you should use oil when use this type of pan. I don't understand why some Thais said this is not how you cook krapao. This is exactly how people cook them! She didn't even put unnecessary ingredients like baby corn or carrot in it. Looks great to me. Btw, I'm pretty sure the white stuff is sugar.

Well.... First off when you cook krapao after the oil you put chili and garlic first to increase the aroma and enhance the spiciness then follow by the meat(Anything you'd like) then the sauces ,the soup and finish with Thai basil. the taste of Krapoa dish should consist of spiciness,a bit sweet and a bit salty because we usually eat with rice

เมื่อก่อนลุงกับป้าแกขายอยู่ในซอยเจริญกรุง57 หน้าเซเว่น ปัจจุบันเลิกขายไปเลี้ยงหลานแล้วครับ ผัดไปคุย แบบนี้แหละ ผมเคยซื้อทานอยู่2-3ครั้ง เอาจริงๆก็ งงๆ กับวิธีผัดของแกเหมือนกัน แต่รสชาติก็พอทานได้ไม่ถึงกับขี้เหร่ ขอเสียคือแกผัดน้ำมันเยอะไปหน่อย ถ้าทานร้อนๆไม่เท่าไหร่ ถ้าปล่อยให้เย็นออกจะเลี่ยนๆ สรุปรสชาติพอทานได้ ถึงวิธีผัดจะแปลกไปหน่อย เอาไว้เป็นตัวเลือกท้ายๆเวลานึกไม่ออกจะกินอะไรได้คับ
