I am amazed that you figured out on the first day that 'Pad Krapow' is actually the main food that Thais eat. Normally, foreigner would go for Pad Thai and other dishes which are not Thai main to go dish. One additional advice, Pad Krapow goes well with fried egg with yellow yolk running down the rice. It will make the taste even better with the dish.

Nice job speaking in Thai and using the correct tones. It goes a long way with the locals and gives Brits a good reputation there (most Brits aren't as sophisticated as you guys to learn the Thai words). 2 more snacks that you eat It's a round ball made with flour. And there is a filling made of coconut mixed with sugar inside, boiled until cooked. and then eaten with grated coconut meat sprinkled with a little salt, it is called Khanom Tom .. And another thing that is the dough, molded into small, long, slender shapes, various colors, steamed and cooked together with grated coconut as well Then sprinkle with sugar There is a little head of coconut milk topped with it. This called khanomduang. Both of these are Thai desserts that have been around since ancient times..

about grilled pork ( moo ping) You missed 1 thing Moo Ping should be eat with sticky rice You find it very compatible. Welcome to Thailand As for the water that the sales lady said coconut. She probably doesn't know the name in English. It's actually the juice of the fruit of the palm tree. The shape of this type of palm tree resembles that of a coconut tree, the difference is that the leaves and fruit are smaller. In the past, villagers used to make a type of liquor called sugar drunk.
