IT'S CALL "Mak rice flour" is a microorganism germ that is made in the shape of hemispherical grains of flour about 3-4 centimeters in size. The texture of the flour is milky white. In the flour contains microorganisms or yeast. that has the ability to change to starch It's a lot of alcohol. The interior is porous and lightweight. can be used for many purposes both fermented with glutinous rice to produce sugar and mild alcohol until it becomes a dessert such as betel nut rice or can be used as a leavening agent for bio-fermentation for agricultural use

The dessert @7:34 can be called a Waan Yen (หวานเย็น) which is literally Chill+sweet, and as you said, it’s sooo customizable. There are many syrups and snacks to pair up. Gotta try until you discover your favorite. Mine is Lodchong + sweetened coconut milk + muskmelon with the optional black sticky rice (ลอดช่องกระทิแตงไทยข้าวเหนียวดำ), and curse my palate because it’s so hard to find a good one.

At 08:20...I believe that orange thing is pumpkin. Pumpkin appears in many Thai desserts.
Fermented glutinous rice uses the same principle as wine fermented there. Microorganisms and beneficial bacteria called probiotics (Probiotics) of the same type as in fermented milk. that contributes to the excretory system Usually it takes 2-3 days to ferment. and if longer It will become elkor. if you are bloated it can help you

Royal Thai Navy fought with French battle ship near Koh Chang in 1941.We lost HMS. Thonburi and some torpedo boat but French got damaged too and escaped from the battle at that time.
The traditional way to eat the seafood sauce (according to my mom who's from Trat) is to mix it in with the rice. The sauce is also called Phrik Kluea - "chilli salt" by the local instead of "Seafood sauce"

Trat is great (though small). Not a lot of places to get pre-prepared food, but the central morning market is great for fresh seafood and there are some excellent places around the market cooking up fresh seafood in the morning. Chanthaburi, which is not far from Trat town, is much larger and has a killer central night market around the gem district which has endless streets of local food.
