"Actual guys who committed the horrible attack" never admitted their guilt and an Australian jury determined that there is reasonable doubt about their involvement. They got acquitted. The driver on the other hand confessed so he got 12 years. Lesson? Never confessed to anything when accused of any crime in Australia. Confession of an accomplice means nothing unless they can established they saw what you actually did. That trick will not work in the US though. Everybody involved will get roughly the same sentences, except the snitch who usually get some form of clemency.

So you're saying blacks who seem to get gunned down over nothing by the American police are getting away with everything? You're also bringing up a race of people which this story has nothing to do with as we are talking about Asians. Take your racism back to the good ol USA and keep it to yourself. Cheers

Oxo - the driver that was found guilty admitted to his involvement, the other two didn't. I think the evidence against the driver may have been a bit stronger i.e. having a video of him saying he was involved.
@alexf8314
@alexf8314 6 жыл бұрын
Oxo Biodegradable -- There was no evidence apart from the driver witness. This trial was a trial by jury just like the jury of citizens they use in countries like america or england. The jury evidently did not believe the witnesses account. Apart from his words, there was nothing connecting them to the act and they found him dishonest. Use your head.
@blaine2419
@blaine2419 5 жыл бұрын
@@alexf8314 I know this is 3 months late lol, but I don't understand how they can convict Tan of the murder if they have found the two perpetrators not guilty? Unless he was convicted of something like conspiracy to commit murder instead? And that along with his 25 year drug sentence is enough to insure life in prison? I can see a world in which the driver would end up taking a plea and that's why he was convicted and the two suspects take it to trial with nothing to lose, and absent any other corroborating information they are able to present reasonable doubt.

Most drugs besides cocaine in the U.S. come from Asians. Some of these guys look like someone's dad. Very inconspicuous. They move in silence. Thats the best cover. And when Asians deal in drugs, they are generally the "plug". Other groups generally love to show off and brag. When it comes to making money, legal or not. Asians are on it.

Why would Yonky give Phil an addl $100k on 4 more occasions, if he never gave any money back. They said Yonky gave him $100k each time in rice bags, his own fault for continuing to give money a total of 5 times at $100k ea.

The most dumbest thing in this story is drafting up an $500k IOU with signatures. Is he ecpecting a gambler to pay back $500k?

faris Bazli - Detroit had White Boy Rick. The Aussies had Yellow Man Yonky, but to kill a man with acid? D....n! That's Genghis Khan brutal. He reportedly boiled a man in water.
