If you read the biographies on Hughes, there are episodes in his life where he would disappear for months on end to go wandering around the country finding menial labor work to make ends meet. Eccentric is right, also a man who needed time away from the legend he had become. So this man's account is conceivable for sure.

Vous faites du neuf avec du vieux bien sûr qu’on se connaît avec le pilote OK mais bon c’est pas très bien traduit ça parce qu’à la fin il est il a morue très triste et surtout très seul il faisait pipi dans des bouteilles d’eau.
