Wales has been Protestant as long as England. This is because under the Laws in Wales Act 1535 set out to make Wales a part of the Kingdom of England. This was mainly due to the fact Henry VIII came from the Welsh Tudor dynasty. Therefore, Wales converted to Protestantism and was under the religious control of the Church of England until 1920 when the Church in Wales was formed. The Laws in Wales Acts are also significant as they gave Wales parliamentary representation and ended the Principality of Wales (client state of England) and the feudal statelets :-) Cymru am byth!

The welsh are traditionally Anglicans (Episcopalians) and a form of Calvinist Methodists, called Congregationalists. It is also common in Wales to call church "chapel."

I had this game so many years ago, and I kept waiting for content updates... the only thing that happened was mods adding more buildings, I want more GAMEPLAY. Maybe an incentive to actually expand into a town and eventually a city. This game just gets boring and ends as soon as you have a steady food source and make it through winters.

you should do a differnt letsplay on banished where you build a water village for the whole gmes. so it has to be a custom map.

You could center your economy around precious mines. Every uncut gem is worth 200 at the market, and gold/silver ore are pretty good too. If you did that, you could line up the river with food traders and never have to worry about an extensive farming system.

Is there a particular reason why you don't set your shorehouses to gathering frogs or turtles? I know you want to refine clay into bricks, but if you have a problem regarding food gathering, wouldn't it make sense?

Pravus, I politely ask this of you: Could you make a video explaining what each vanilla profession and profession added in by Colonial Charter is used for? Please reply at your earliest convenience either way.

Not sure I'll make a specific video about it, but I'll try to be more thorough in the future. The vanilla professions are pretty self-explanatory (a builder builds, a fisherman fishes, and so on) and the Colonial Charter professions... well, there are a lot of them. We'll experience more of those as we progress and I'll try to explain what I can.

AllTheWayClean it’s only pronounced that way in some parts of the United States and the Caribbean. The rest of the English-speaking world pronounces the h :)
