When placing a building with multipe skins you can cycle the skins by hitting "F" before placing the building.

Also for decoration stuff, you can use an option symbolised by a ghost : it allows you to superpose things when the area is already occupied

***** it's just a trick when you want to place fences or other decorations. This is the bouton at the right of the decorations menu

I am playing Banished for the first time and i love it a lot, but i was a bit disappointed by the small variation of buildings and the lack of decorations in the vanilla game. Now i see there is this Megamod and it is JUST what i've been looking for to spruce up my village. I can build a proper town now. TY!

Keralis, You can pause construction of a new building, this is useful in cases like the fishermen, you don't need 2 of that yet but you want to place them already. Thanks for doing this, I was just checking out your old banished videos last week!

I think it would be cool if you made like a residential area where the houses and fishing huts are (but keep the fishing huts) and keep that going along the side of the lake and then keep all the commercial/industrial stuff on the other side of the bridge.

I played this a lot with the last frontiers mod(its in there), i had a really great time, making things nice. you playing this again is just awesome. The struggle you have on the fishing dock range @ 6:32 is easily solved by selecting the already placed building & pin it. This will keep showing the yellow circle. Anyway, Good luck & don't rush it, play at 10x speed when you have a balanced village up. If you wan't to last more then 10 episodes :p

22:36 Houses naturally choose a random style variation when you place them. That's why the rooves don't match. You can cycle through styles manually when placing them with F if you want to make them all match
