Disagree. The games are equally entertaining and equally broken in my opinion. SM64 has more categories (and arguably much more extreme glitches) but BK has much better routing and importantly a much larger RTA runner community. Seeing Cronikeys execute RBA blew my mind in a way only matched by Pannenkoek hyperspeed buttstomping a scuttlebug to fly into a star for ABC

I think the most impressive thing about this...beside obviously knowing where everything is and the order in which to do them for optimized speed. Is the freaking accuracy in which he does everything. Running/jumping full speed across small bridges, tops of houses, shooting eggs from odd angles without looking at the target, dive bombing from across the freaking world. It's all crazy to see.

The death causes some kind of storage overlap and the moves from the file you die on transfer to the new file and soon as you enter Mumbo’s mountain

Not needing to open freezezy peak + not opening bubblegloop itself + having the bee makes it much faster to do later as opposed to doing it as intended which wastes time opening it and is slower overall

I had the same doubt (talon trot before learning it in mumbo's mountain). Turns out there's a glitch that is known as Furnace Fun Moves or something like that. It's in the description of the video.

had so much fun playing this game when i was a kid at my cousins, always had a chipped ps1 as a kid that played copied games used to get a list of games i can choose to get for cheap but i always wanted a n64 purely for banjo kazooie, banjo tooie and golden eye but by dad said since the games was expensive back then we never did get one, i did buy one when i was an adult though lol fun times

Jordan Lewis If you’d like to see the most optimal run excluding FFM, you can watch the tas that is just under two hours or find one of the older runs. This glitch came into use commonly around two to three years ago so you’d have to go pretty far back. I don’t think glitch less categories exist for this game but you’re welcome to look!
