Jared, great video! I watch each as you release it. I'm from North Louisiana, but I can relate to Louisiana Wildlife, Shwegmans' , Loyola, etc. In Texas now, since 1965, but always felt the best part of our culture was fishin' and huntin' and cookin' and eatin'! Outside the Levees hits a home run by hitting all four bases! I'm disappointed I didn't live below Hwy.90 for a few years to enjoy the culture you have in South Louisiana. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Small drains running through the marsh hold the channel cats look for 3-4 ft of water at least

Love your videos- I'm Florida Panhandle, curious seeing those catfish and had to ask, no disrespect- but do they really make sushi from catfish in Louisiana? I heard this is a cultural thing, but never seen it- but raw catfish? Did someone just tell me nonsense or is this a thing happening over there?
