Bank Fishing Ponds in Frankfort IL - FINALLY

Nice to see you back at some of the local ponds, some nice fish there. Jackson creek pond is on my list of places to go this spring. You ever try Jackson Creek a little more west of Frankfort? Wonder if there are some smallmouth or rock bass.

Thanks for the comment. I have not, but thats not a bad idea. I"m gonna look into this and see where it leads this weekend! Was gonna hit Rock Creek in kankakee today but the weather was questionable.

Where is this located in frankfort ? I dont see any ponds on G maps

Frankfort square in In frankfort IL. St. Francis rd and frankfort square rd intersection. Google Frankfort square park district. This pond has taken a dive in the last few years completely loaded with submersed and top weeds now. Right now only thing that will work is a frog. Good luck if you go let me know how you do
